I highly recommend Khan along with Bluebook, my practice SAT score went from 1090 to 1130 in less than a week. I put about 4 hrs into each subject a day since I take longer to process things.

That really depends on how much time you invest in studying and what you use to study with. I recommend studying 1-2 hours (if possible) every day using Collegeboard materials (Bluebook practice tests and online student question bank). Tests 4-6 in Bluebook are most accurate. If you find your weak areas and then specifically practice those, you could increase anywhere from 50-150 points, maybe more!
