Am I Cooked?

My GPA is currently a 3.4 I've taken 11 Dual Enrollment classes and 10 Honors classes. I intend bring up my GPA by making better grades this year and retaking a class. My ecs are 4 internships, did girls who code summer program, was a part of a drone club, and public health club.

Will I be able to make it into at least one top school or any college at this point?

Since I want to major in computer science what are some free computer science extracurriculars I could do?

Your SAT score will be extremely important! Top schools are starting to require SAT scores again.

Could I do well on the ACT or will it be crucial to do well on the SAT. I've never taken it before so I'm not sure how I'd do on it

I meant to say ACT or SAT and that colleges are requiring standardized test scores, not just SAT. Sorry about that! Colleges do not care about which you submit, which is why it's great to try both in case you do better in one.
