Mascot name?

Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I am the mascot for my high school, and I want colleges to know that. How do I go about adding that to my college accounts for scholarships and such? I unfortunately do not go to competitions for it but I've been doing it for the past 2 years next year will be my 3rd. Any help is welcomed!

Thank you

Welcome! That's awesome you're a mascot! Here's how to highlight it for your college applications:

Extracurricular Activities: Include your mascot role in the extracurricular section of your application. Even if you don’t compete, being the mascot shows leadership and school spirit.

Personal Statement/Essays: If you have an essay or personal statement, mention your experience as a mascot, what you've learned, and why it’s meaningful to you.

Scholarship Applications: Many scholarships value unique extracurriculars. If a scholarship asks about your involvement, definitely mention your mascot role.

Letters of Recommendation: Ask teachers or mentors to mention your mascot role, especially if they've seen you lead or engage with your school.

Social Media/Portfolio: If you have any media showcasing your mascot role (photos, videos), consider sharing that in your application.

Good luck! Let me know if you need help with anything else!
