in-state vs. out of state tuition

I'm originally from San Diego, California but my parents still liver there. However, I got sent to two boarding schools and I'm at the second one which is in Texas. I graduated the program boarding school and am just living on the campus as a graduate. While I live here I'm finishing up my senior year of HS at 16. Do I count for in-state tuition for California still?
