in-state vs. out of state tuition

I'm originally from San Diego, California but my parents still liver there. However, I got sent to two boarding schools and completed both. I have graduated the one in Texas, the second one, and now I'm living on the campus of the boarding school until I finish up my senior year of HS while I'm 16. Do I count for Texas in-state tuition or California?
