No Honors
Ok so, I attend a small school that offers few AP's and no honors, is there anything I can do to stand out more? So far I have a 5 on AP Lang and am awaiting my Lit and Psych scores lol, but I'm worried I wont stand out enough :/
Don't stress yourself over it! I would focus on extracurriculars like sports, clubs, band, volunteering, internships, etc. Things that can make you stand out from other people!
If you are worried about the classes advice I have been given is to take advantage of the opportunities, you do have. Depending on the colleges you are applying to there suggested requriments dictate the need for different levels of course rigor. Along with leadership opportunities and how involved you are in extracurriculars can impact your application. However essays are incredibly important because those are one of the key vocal points of your application that help you stand out. You want to show your personality and why it is what you want to go to a specific school or why that career path, or degree path.
Colleges & universities don't see what classes your school offers so don't worry! Maybe try to focus more on your extracurriculars?
