petroleum engineer

Hi, I am a soon-to-be junior in upstate New York looking to study petroleum engineering. My dream university is Imperial College London or King's College. I've always been passionate about these colleges, maybe ETH Zurich in Switzerland. I was wondering if taking any college classes in my junior year might affect my college admissions somehow
