Can anyone give me personal consultation for study in usa!

I am currently in 11th class.really confused about..AP exams..when to apply,when to prepare! Sat,and ielts also!

I want someone to guide me..with my profile building.. opening a club!

Participating in hackathons! Opening a workshop..and all for my profile building..from scratch!
