internships/programs if undecided

i'm a rising junior but i'm still undecided about what i want to do in the future, my main passions lie on the english and humanities side however i would say i also do pretty well in my STEM classes. i'd like to get into a nice college but to do that i feel like i should be working on doing more programs or internships or something of that nature, to show initiative as well as narrow down what im interested in doing. i also feel like i need more relevant ecs. does anyone have any tips? is it worth it to do things that are probably unrelated to my major while im still deciding? what i mean by that is how a lot of my friends are going into the medical field, something im vehemently opposed to for myself, and are volunteering at hospitals which seems really great but im not sure if its worth it if im not going to be a doctor

What interests you? What concepts do you want to dive into or what problems do you want to solve? Y don't need to narrow yourself down to "it's this one thing" You also shouldn't stretch yourself to thin handling multiple ecs along with school. Find what your passionate about...what have you done over the years...among those, what have you enjoyed, and dive into those things.
