How many college classes should I take this and next school year?

My high school does 4 classes per semester. I’m supposed to apply for college classes and start next semester. I’m thinking about taking two because I only have two classes next semester. I also want to have a free spot my senior year, and I’ll have only one class per semester senior year, but don’t know if I should just fill up on classes or leave a gap or 2 in my schedule so I won’t have stress piling on me. I want to take public speaking, psych, bio, and English classes on a pre-med pathway.

I’m thinking about just trying it out next semester to see what I can handle and decide from there.
