HELP EC

I am currently in our school's highest band class which is wind ensemble and have been in it since last year (sophomore year) and in concert band my freshman year. I also marched for two years and am currently in color guard. Can this help me get into college even if I am not planning on majoring in it?

It depends on the college you want to go to and how strong your academics are!! If you want to go to a top 50 college, you'd definitely need more ECs in whatever you want to major in (internships at hospitals for healthcare majors, summer camps at colleges related to your major, etc.). If you don't want to go to a competitive college, however, it wouldn't be necessary to load up on ECs, and focusing on GPA would be more important.

That is definitely going to be looking great on your university application as your extra curricular.
