HELP FOR COLLEGE LIST!!

I'm a junior studying internationally and will applying to a few colleges in the US. Based on the following overview of my stats, could you please list a few good colleges (public/private) that you think would be targets for me as well as some which would offer good merit scholarships?

Demographics-

-Indian citizen

- Not first gen

- Major: Computer Science (B.S.)

GPA- My school doesn't calculate but I assume an estimate would be around 4.0

SAT- in Dec

Extracurriculars-

- Tutored multiple subjects for the past 3 years

- Elected school Prefect in 8th and 10th grade and Class representative in 9th

- Completed a fair amount of community service at temples

- Won various olympiads mostly centered around math

AP/Honors-

My school doesn't offer any but I will try to take a couple from external institutions in May

- AP Calc BC, AP CS A maybe AP phy mech

I've consistently ranked the highest in my class throughout HS

Would greatly appreciate any help, thanks in advance!
