When to normally apply
so i’m a junior , and i wanna know when to apply for scholarships and for college ? should i do it as soon as i enter senior year or? and for scholarships do i start now or ??

You can't apply for college in your junior year UNLESS you are graduating early (though, if this is the case, you'd most likely be considered a conditional senior. You can apply for scholarships, but there aren't many available to juniors. I would recommend applying for anything available though; it really does help to start early!
I would also start thinking about your personal statement. It always helps to start thinking early, too.
I recommend not applying for colleges in junior year and applying the fall of senior year,as for scholarships I recommend you start applying for scholarships as a junior.
