I was wondering when we should start applying to colleges? Some people are already sending in applications but I thought you didn’t apply till senior year.

Some colleges invite certain applicants to apply early. I recommend reviewing the application requirements for the college of your choice to gather everything you need. It's best to do this during a break when you have more time to focus on it.

You cannot apply as a junior unless you're graduating early (in the winter/spring of your junior year.) You can start applying to colleges on August 1st of your senior year, technically; however, most don't until October-January.
