I scored past the cutoff for the NMSQT but I could not receive it. I need help.

So I scored a 1360 on my NMSQT which I’m pretty sure is higher than the cutoff for the National Merit Scholarship. But I could not receive the scholarship as I was in another country at the time. If I do return to the USA, would I get the scholarship or not?

Huh, that is really odd. I would seriously recommend contacting the College Board and asking because you deserve the scholarship for your hard work!!!
