i feel lost

ok so i go to an arts high school, and i love film. i love basically every aspect of it, but when i think about pursuing it full time i get nervous. i have such a passion for humanity, equality, art, music, and getting to see the world. i dont know what to major in or look for as a career. should i go film industry route, or consider something else????? i also love like journalism or communications as a kind of in between route, but i want to help people. Is law the way?

You can always dual major, pick one major and use your passions as an elective or outside of class hobby, switch majors in the middle of your college experience, or start out undecided and find your major as you go. If you'd like to go with the law rout, you can always keep filmmaking and journalism as a hobby to keep you sane in your free time as well. Picking one thing doesn't mean giving up on all of your other passions, there's always room for growth or change. If you love helping/standing up for people and you love filmmaking, you can also combine the two and add your activism and passions into your films as well.
