Does anyone know any STEM Internships or Programs that are still open?

I applied to a few. I got rejected from one, and I got deferred from one (I already sent continued interest), and I haven't heard back from one. Now I sincerely don't know what to do - I was hoping for a structured program - even online - compared to a passion project. I don't have any stem extracurriculars. If I don't get any STEM program this year I feel it will hurt my application and idk if anything that costs under $1,000 and is even mildly selective is even open anymore. I'm also reluctant to cold email because it might be too late and I don't know what specifically to research.
