What classes do I take for Dual enrollment???

I will be a senior next year and I'm planning on signing up for dual enrollment. I want to take the general education classes so I won't have to take them at my university. I want to major in Zoology or Veterinarian medicine. All that being said what classes should I enroll for in my dual enrollment?

I did a Lab Science, 2 Histories, and College Writing as dual enrollment classes, which helped me a ton in boosting my GPA, and I didn't have to take an AP to get the credit, but I also plan on majoring in Homeland Security or Political Science.

Hi there!

I would recommend taking Calculus (1 or 2), Biology 101, Chemistry 101, English 101, Spanish 101 for Dual Enrollment classes! (I do not know what they are called at the college you would be dual-enrolling with)

I would also like to send a pre-warning that all colleges do not accept dual-enrollment or AP (AP's are taken more often than dual-enrollment credits), so I would look out for that when thinking about colleges you are interested in.

Kind regards.

I would suggest taking classes Composition 1, College Algebra, or science classes. Try researching what kind of classes are required for general education at universities you are interested in. For a Zoology or Veterinarian degree, I think that a General Biology college class would show that you are dedicated to your major and make you stand out among applicants. Hope this helps!
