Hi! I see that you accepted an answer but I have some information for you. I would suggest signing up for two websites:

Bold.org: https://bold.org/scholarships/bold-org-top-friend-scholarship/nomination/#find-valuable-financial-aid-awards-for-school-upcoming-deadlines

They have plenty of scholarships for academic achievements. You create a free account and add information about yourself, future plans, and grades. You also have the opportunity to connect to your colleges.

Academic scholarships usually require a higher GPA than other scholarship types. Students who hold a GPA between 3.5 to 4.0 typically stand out the most to institutions awarding academic scholarships. I hope this helps!

Good luck!

Since you're a freshman there's not much you could do now but try to score good on your SAT/ACT for the merit scholarship or check if your school has the IB program and if you live in florida you can get Bright Futures, or if you get a high enough score on your SAT and 100 service hours you can get the scholarship

You've already accepted an answer but i also highly suggest looking to see if your school or a school near you has dual enrollment where you can get your AA for free through the high school. I hope your school has it because it is really great for financial savings.

Well, your grades need to be a C+ or above, have a great GPA, and have a high score on the SAT or ACT.
