I Don’t Have A Guidance Counselor To Help Me Find Scholarships
Answered

Hey! I’m a rising senior who is homeschooled. I love being homeschooled, but college for me is a year away. I don’t have a guidance counselor to help me find scholarships, and the college I plan to go to (Liberty University) doesn’t offer scholarships that will work for me. I don’t know how to go about finding scholarships besides prize drawings. Does anyone know how I can find scholarships that will work for me?

PS. Here are some other things that might get me scholarships:

-I am a military kid

-I am the oldest child of a large family

-I volunteer a lot

-I have won second place at the state science fair

-I got a 1240 on my SATs

-I currently have a 4.0 GPA

-I plan to be a high school English teacher

These are just a few things, but I have yet to find a scholarship that will work for me. Thanks if you can help!

You can start to look at scholarship websites like FastWeb, bold.org, scholarships.com, niche, going merry, and cappex.
