How to get a Scholarship

HI!, I'm 16 and soon will be going to the 12th grade and I was wondering if there are any merrit based scholarships that are easy to apply to because I have a 16 Act score and a 3.6 GPA, I also have taken 1 DE History course and in going to be starting a 2nd one in Biology so I was just wondering can anyone help me or give me some information because I want to get my stuff in order and I don't want to be behind.....

I applied to the Burger King Scholarship and won $1,000 I had a 3.7 GPA and 1400 SAT score a short essay is needed and you do not need to work at burger king. Also local scholarships! Do some searching and you will find some at least. Best of luck to you!

I honestly just did a lot of research googling, not really scholarship websites but going merry was a good website, I would not recommend too many national scholarships such as bold.org, I probably applied for 100 here and was only a runner up once. Know you can recycle these essays and edit them a bit to apply for many scholarships as well. I would look for local specialized scholarships (say you want to study STEM or from a certain religion, low income, etc. their are scholarships for everythi

Also there are tiktok accounts that post these scholarship opportunities. I recommend looking at these and just go and apply, even if you do not feel qualified. You cannot win a scholarship if you do not apply. Best of luck! If you have any other questions let me know.
