Flight hours

While I have some solid leads on scholarships I qualify for that will cover tuition and housing. There aren't many that will cover flight hours. (Future pilot here) I'm looking now so that I won't be held up when it's time to schedule flight hours. Does anyone know of any scholarships that will cover or go towards flight hours? I will have upwards of 10 flight hours before starting college.
