As a Nigerian who just transferred into an American high school, I can tell you that your gpa like your average score in Nigeria (out of 100%). I also believe that it can be converted to a 4.0 scale.

As for your chances of getting a scholarship, the first order of business is getting in.

No school will offer you a scholarship if they are not admitting you right? And your chances of admission as an undergrad truly depend on your WAEC and test (SAT) scores, grades, EXTRACURRICULARS AND AWARDS (capitalized to show how important they are), letters of recommendation (usually from teachers or people who know you on a professional level, NOT FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS) and the schools you're hoping to get into.
