How should I start looking for scholarships as a H.S. freshman?
I'm looking to major in electrical engineering, and potentially minor in filmmaking. My target school is the University of Washington (resident), so I'm looking to pay around $50k total over 4 years.

You should check out Bold.com! I started using it as a High School Jr. but I'm confident you can start using it as a High School Freshman :)
