Which are full-ride universities in US for international students? But not the Ivy League

I am a student from Ukraine and my family has low income, under 5k$ per year. Can you recommend me some university in US with full-ride or almost full-ride? I am looking for pre-med track or sciences (chemistry/biochemistry)

Hi, same situation. I'm from NYC, there's tons of community colleges that have programs for healthcare that are affordable through financial aid and scholarships. Im not sure if its for people not residing in NYC at the time of applications
