Though it depends on what you want to study I would say Rice University will be best, if you are looking for quality. But if you rather have balance while avoiding all those high costs, Brigham Young University is great. They have so many scholarships available for international students and it is also away from crowded cities and busy ivy league universities.

A lot of smaller, liberal arts colleges are better to set your sights on than ivy league colleges. You don't want to have unrealistic expectations. Also, there is a much better cost for these smaller colleges that won't keep you in debt for nearly as long. However, please try not to ask chancing questions, as it is prohibited in the community guidelines.

College of Wooster or Grinnell College are great schools that I applied to that are great for internationals. They both have huge international student populations.
