If you are looking for financial aid and need much assistance in affording college - it is best to combine academics with great financial aid policies for international students. I would then suggest you to look up 4 need blind colleges for international students - Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Amherst College (I have also seen Amherst being ranked as 1st best college in the US for History). MIT is also need blind but I believe these four are superior to MIT in terms of majors you are looking for.
