Which is better ??

I want to go into medical school and I like both universities but i dont know which one is the best and I should apply for. Just give your opinion! :)

I would say Columbia. But NYU is also a really good school. But I feel like you'd probably have more opportunities at Columbia and I don't know what your financial situation looks like but Columbia does tend to give better financial aid than NYU.

I've heard that NYU isn't that good for sciences, and you really need a good background in those for Med School. I'd say Columbia. Also, NYU is generally more expensive.

Overall, Columbia University has a better rank according to the U.S. NEWS ranking. However, NYU probably has one of the best business schools. I believe it is called NYU Stern. Medically, they both have a superb ranking... so it would really depend on the financial situation, your preference in having a campus, your willingness to change majors and so on.

Thanks :) but im going into medical school not business school and I wont be living in campus because I live 20 min away from both :). Thank you though

Just apply to both and see which one gives you the most financial aid. Med school is expensive.
