Cost effective universities in the USA

I'd like to know about some cost effective universities in the USA with business majors. It would be a great help if you could could share names of universities where all study and accomodation cost can range between 12-14k dollars. Also names of universities if any provides scholarship based on ielts band score of 7.5.

Check out UNC Pembroke in North Carolina. Not sure if they have business majors, but they have a really cool program where out-of-state kids can get in for a reduced price. It's below your $$ range that you have posted. Anyone with an UNC degree is generally first pick for many things. NC colleges are very well known.

I would suggest focusing on getting scholarships and financial aid to lower the cost of attendance, then you might be able to attend a more prestigious school.

You can also tell names of few cheap colleges in Hayward, California and Manassas, Virginia.
