Best 0-6 Pharmacy schools with the combo of affordable/quality and cross country teams

I'm looking to find a (relatively) affordable school that still has a quality 0-6 Pharmacy program that also offers cross country. Particularly, non D1 sports as my times aren't as competitive. I do not prefer the southern states. Though I am still looking at schools without cross country or with teams that are at a higher level than I can compete (ie, Purdue, U of Mich, U of S. Carolina), ideally I would like to find a school meeting these filters. An example would be St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
