What's the best the search engine for college ranakings?
Answered

I'm currently in the process of researching colleges. I want to go to a top school for physics. However, I'm not sure where to find the best rankings. A lot of the search engines have limited majors you can search for, they don't factor in specific subjects at all, or they don't have colleges from outside of the US. I've only found one source that works well for me so far (The US News Education Rankings). But, I don't know how accurate this actually is and I want to find some more sources so I can cross-reference.

What recommendations do you have for me?

In addition to CollegeVine and the stuff you already use, searching up "<school name> <major> reddit" like for example "UIUC computer science reddit" is a great way of finding reddit posts with real people, which can help you get an even better idea of what the program at that school is like

When I did my research, I only used US News and Collegevine (cause I get lazy), but College Board's BigFuture is another one that's pretty good. You can find colleges by test scores, location, majors, support services and diversity.
