Very confused
Answered

Hi, I have been wanting to go into either interior design or architecture major but dont know if there is any colleges with cheap and easy acceptance rate. I am a first-generation college student so my mom says she cant help me that much, so I came on here to ask for some help. We live in washington state and since its only my mom and my siblings I would say we have a low income.

Thank you <3

Hi @jaydenleann!

It looks like Washington State University might be a good fit. Its website says, “The interior design major at WSU balances study in art, architecture, and humanities with a strong hands-on component.” WSU is a public four-year university with an average cost of $15,000 per year after receiving aid. Its acceptance rate is 86%. My advice on the money front is to apply for the FAFSA and scholarships. If you have a college counselor at your school, it might be helpful to talk to them about your goals and obstacles. I don’t know much about Washington’s college process, but I hope this helps!

Hi @jaydenleann!

Which state do you live in? Are you low-income? This information will be useful to give you a good college list.
