Best Journalism or Mass Communications colleges in Georgia

I am interested in studying Journalism or Mass Communications. I was going to study at the University of Florida, but my family and I moved to Georgia recently. While UF is still close, college is only affordable if I can get my college paid for by GA state scholarships. Can anyone recommend good public colleges that have a journalism or mass communications program in Georgia? If you have a recommendation out-of-state, please include a link to their scholarship page.

I'd recommend taking a look at UGA and Georgia Tech, which offer a Communications Studies and Literature, Media, and Communication major, respectively. Both schools are solid public universities!
