Question About Quantum University in Hawaii

Is Quantum University a real university. Their page seems sketchy but I would like to fast-track my bachelors degree and Ph.D.
Quantum University is not a university in Hawaii. There is a Quantum University in India, but I doubt that's what you want. The Quantum University you are looking at appears to be a money-grabbing scam.
If you want to fast-track your degree, many colleges offer a "4+1" or bachelors-masters combined program. I'd recommend checking out:
