History/IR/Math schools

I'm currently thinking about schools that I may want to go to after my dual enrollment dries up. As a homeschooled kid, I've only ever done dual enrollment classes, and though I'm only in my second semester of doing dual enrollment (I'm doing summer classes) I have a 4.0 GPA thus far. I would like suggestions on schools that are within reach for someone with these academics/requirements:

- 4.0 GPA (dual enrolled only)

- Published an academic paper in a national journal, though not an especially prestigious one, after winning an essay competition

- Anything east of the Mississippi River (schools like Stanford are exceptions to this restriction) that has good history, IR, or STEM departments

For international relations DC schools like Georgetown are great. Uchicago also has a good program for international relations (both selective schools). As for other subjects, I can't say.
