Colleges with merit-based scholarships

Does anyone know of any schools with good merit-based scholarships? For reference, I have a 3.8 GPA unweighted, 4.5 weighted, and 34 on the ACT. By the time I graduate, I'll have taken 11 AP classes and I would say I have decent extracurriculars. I live in Kansas, but would be happy to go out of state. Probably a long shot, but figured I'd ask. Thanks everyone!

The college I am looking at, Delaware Valley University (in PA), offers huge merit scholarships for students with high GPA's partly because most of their accepted students have lower GPA's. They have one of the best ornamental horticulture programs in the US, so I plan on going there. Because my test scores and GPA are well above their standards, I have great chance of receiving a full-ride scholarship. There are a lot f other schools like this, but this is the one I'm most familiar with.
