Medical school decision.
Answered

I am needing help deciding which I should do, I am planning on going to Medical school, but I don't know what path I should do.

Biochemistry- has some of the topics for med school. It is studying living organisms and how it affects other living organisms.

Or

Pre-Medical School- undergraduate program prior to becoming medical students.

It really does depend on the college you are applying to. Pre-med is typically a very over-represented undergrad major, so it'll be very hard to get into a pre-med program for a competitive college. Biochemistry might be a slightly better major choice if you are applying to highly selective colleges (Ivy's, T20s etc.)

In fact, there are many people who pursue other majors in their undergrad year like CS, business, etc. You just have to make sure to take some medical/bio-related courses during your undergrad.

No matter what major you pursue, to get into medical school you need to take and pass your MCATs, which are the Medical College Admission Test

I hope this helps with your answer!
