It depends on what states you're open to living in. If you prefer the Northeastern states, consider Duke or UPenn. If you prefer the West, Stanford or Rice. Maybe you'd like to go to the South; Emory University or Vanderbilt. These are all great options for Premed. Consider looking at "best colleges for Premed" lists.
I don't know what grade you're in, but if you're hoping to get into top 20 schools, definitely look at Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate courses if your school offers them. It's better to get a slightly lower grade in AP or IB classes than to get high grades in Honors classes.
