What are the best colleges for MBBS degree out of india?

Query:- How to seek the best colleges for MBBS?

Im looking for out of india medical courses more specifically MBBS with manageable expenses and friendly with international students. Can someone please suggest me few colleges to look in to.

im currently a NEET aspirant in india studying from a dummy college, enrolled in a coaching insititute called AIMS.
