Affordable Out of State Colleges

Hello, I am a junior in high school and interested in pursuing a degree in Sports Management/Sports Communication. However, my parents recently suggested that I stay in-state for college to save money. Despite their suggestion, I still want to explore attending an out-of-state college. Do you know of any colleges that offer affordable out-of-state tuition before scholarships?
