A relative of mine attended The Juilliard School, which they described as the best experience. They subsequently moved to California to pursue a career in film and dance.

That is what I am thinking. I've read reviews and they are extremely good and positive. It is still my second option due to the fact that Rutgers New Brunswick is my dream school.
