What are some good schools for psychology and/or educational theater?

So, I'm a rising sophomore in high school, but I like researching colleges and find it fun. Recently, I decided that I want to double major in psychology and educational theater at NYU (dream school!). However, since NYU has a 13% acceptance rate, I know that there is a chance I might not be accepted. So, I want to know what other schools would be good for me. I know that there aren't many schools that have an educational theater major, so I'd love to find some good schools with one! I'm a white female with a 4.0 GPA. I have a few focused extracurriculars and am very clever and community-oriented. My preferences for schools are as follows: I'd like the school to have an acceptance rate of less than 50%, be in the top 50 for psych, and I'd prefer it to be in a city-like area, although it doesn't have to be a city in and of itself. I'm not really sure if I'm making sense, haha, but if I am, please help! Thank you so much! <3
