Want help in deciding which uni to apply

I am Foysal . I am from southeast Asia I am planning on applying for Jan 2026 intake in USA which is the spring intake . I really want to do BSC in Mechanical Engineering and I have considered a few university that are public but i am actually lost as to which university can I get a good scholarship and i have a good chance
