Environmental science schools

I'm an upcoming senior in northwestern Ohio, and plan to go into something environmental science related. I know university ranking isn't everything in figuring out what schools have good programs, but am struggling to find a way to find schools that match what I want. I've looked into UMich, but I don't know if I'd get in, let alone be able to afford going. I'd prefer to stay nearby, so probably within Ohio, Indiana, or southern Michigan. Any suggestions?

(4.0 GPA, 35 act, planned 5 aps, slightly subpar ECs)

I think these are all pretty reasonable for you to get into, and you might get some scholarship money too, and they all have a pretty good environmental science program.
