I'm almost confident I am doing Columbia as my ED I school but incase I don't get in... any advice?
I'm a rising sophomore at University High School, first chair piccolo in wind ensemble, first chair piccolo/third chair flute in symphony orchesta, speech and debate varsity (I made it to state but I couldn't make it in time for competition so I am HOPING I can do it again this year), National history day county and state winner, I am starting my own non profit entitled music kits for kids where I buy refurbished instruments and make beginner music kits for children who cannot afford/access music, I participated in Columbia Universities pre college program, I coach an elementary softball team, I maintain a 4.0 GPA, I plan on ending with 14 college classes, 5 APs, 7 honors, and no my school doesn't do rank. I am also a member of tri-m music honors society, and I am applying for CSF membership this sophomore year. Oh, I also have a letter of recommendation from one of the law professors of Columbia University and I teach the kinder to 3rd graders at my local church.
