Looking for Target and Safety Schools

I'm a senior with a 3.98 unweighted GPA, taken 5 AP classes (and another 6 this year), and want to go into biochem or environmental chemistry. What would be some good target and safety schools to apply to (don't want to be in South or Midwest)?
