Hello, I am a senior myself interested in getting a Biomedical Engineering Degree as well! It sound as though similar to myself you are looking for top schools near JHU? I have done a lot of research myself and my list includes:

This is just a list of a bunch of top programs including some I plan to apply to myself. I am sure there are some other obvious ones, this is just a rough list. They are all larger colleges with more of a urban environment, and obviously some high level schools. Hope this helps and good luck!
