Any recommendations for University?

I'm a junior at a public high school in Northern VA, I have a 3.43 GPA, 150+ service hours. I'm involved in Unified Sports, Best Buddies, DECA, Red Cross Club (currently awaiting confirmation if I have a leadership role or not), Cosmetology Crew, Our Minds Matter, School Ambassador (x2), Hiphop Dance Team, Environmental Protection Club, and Model Judiciary. I'm looking to become either a Nurse Practitioner, or a teacher. My freshman year grades were pretty rough, but I improved a lot my sophomore year.

Also, is there anything I should do to improve my resume?

Considering how competitive Northern VA is, I would recommend taking more ap/honors/de classes to improve your GPA. However, you should take easier ones like APES, and take AP Bio if you really think you can do it. I reccoment joining more clubs that are related to your major, like HOSA (which is like model un, but medical). If you really want to go above and beyond, you should consider interning or doing research.

taking ap or college level classes could help your GPA as long as you work hard and get good grades
