College List Suggestions?

Hello!

I am a senior in Western NY looking to major in mechanical engineering.

I have a 1500 SAT and 100.234 weighted GPA (out of 100 scale). I am also currently the salutatorian at my school and have earned the following honors:

Rensselaer Medal, Xerox Award for Innovation and Information Technology, AP Scholar with Distinction Award, College Board Rural and Small-Town Recognition Award, and NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete Award.

Activities:

Projected Eagle Scout by mid-December: 1800+ days of leadership, 135+ hours of community service

Varsity Tennis Team Captain - Junior and Senior years

National Honors Society - 3-year member

Paid Work Experience

SAT Prep Club Founder/Educator

you have very good academics and eagle scouts is impressive. rpi is a great school and you could go for very cheap because of your scholarship. shoot for rice, duke, vanderbilt, and washu, you might get in if your essays are very good. you have pretty solid shots at georgia tech, notre dame, uva, florida, umich. uiuc is a good school which you have a high chance of acceptance at as well, same with uga. good luck wherever you go
