Help with Extracurriculars
I want to get tier 1 or 2 activities on my resume.... everything I have is a 3 tier. What else can I do to make my resume stand out?

Get some leadership positions like captain in sports or music or student council. A passion project also allows you to show care about a specific thing, gives you something to write about in essays, gives leadership experience, and has community impact. Don’t worry about fitting the tier 1 and 2, just do something that makes you stand out or is impactful or related to what you want to do in the future.
